“From the first moment I saw the images from ‘Kiran over Mongolia’, I was completely astonished by the power and the freedom of the eagle hunters. It was magical to see those wild horse riders carrying their huge eagles on powerful arms. Kazak music touched me profoundly as well. It is so much in tune with their lives and landscape. It swept me off my feet. I immediately knew I wanted to be a part of this project.”
